Ellen M. Warwick

Director for Enforcement and Compliance

Ellen M. Warwick is Director for Enforcement and Compliance in the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s (OCC) Law Department.

In that capacity, Ms. Warwick oversees the OCC’s Law Department Division that is responsible for conducting investigations and taking administrative enforcement actions against national banks and institution-affiliated parties of national banks.

From 2011 to 2012, Ms. Warwick was an Assistant Director for Enforcement and Compliance, and was the Assistant Director for the OCC’s Litigation Division from 2005 to 2011. Prior to joining the OCC in 1995, Ms. Warwick served as a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice and an Assistant District Attorney for the Essex County’s District Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts.

Ms. Warwick received her LL.M degree from Boston University School of Law, her J.D. degree from the New England School of Law, and her B.A. degree in economics and political science from Boston College.
