Grace E. Dailey

Large Banks
Grace E. Dailey has served as Deputy Comptroller for Large Banks in the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), since October 2001.
In this position, Ms. Dailey is one of two deputy comptrollers overseeing the OCC’s large bank portfolio.
Previously, Ms. Dailey served five years as the Examiner-in-Charge for Citibank. She has filled various field positions within the OCC in Minneapolis,
Chicago, and New York.
Ms. Dailey graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, in May 1982 and joined the OCC in April, 1983 as Assistant National Bank
Examiner in Minneapolis. She earned a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
