Financial Literacy Day on the Hill
U.S. Representatives Judy Biggert (R-IL) and Rubén Hinojosa (D-TX) will lead the event on Thursday, April 30, 2009, in the Cannon House Office Building.

Comptroller John Dugan reissued the OCC's Policy Statement on Minority-Owned National Banks (PDF), to reaffirm the agency's support of the minority banking sector.  (OCC News Release

Save the Date for the Interagency Minority Depository Institution National Conference that will be held at the Westin Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, from July 8 – 10, 2009.  Conference theme is “Minority Depository Institutions:  A Bridge to Community Stabilization.”
