The information contained in a newspaper notice states that the organization is issuing stock and soliciting banking business in the name of Cherokee Heritage National Bank. Please be advised that the OCC has not granted a national bank charter to this entity. Accordingly, the individuals promoting this organization are not authorized to issue stock or perform any business as a national bank.
