The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has received information that the above-referenced entity may be operating a banking business without authorization. The information contained on its Web site (no longer functioning) includes addresses for a headquarters in Montenegro, Yugoslavia, and facilities in London, England, and New York, NY, USA. Please be advised that Intertrade Bank has not been granted authority to operate a banking business in the United States by the OCC or the state of New York. In addition, the entity has not been granted any such authority to operate in the United Kingdom or Montenegro.
