1. Has the MIS target area(s) been internally or externally audited in the past two years?

   1. If it has, review the scope of the audit, the findings, and management’s response(s) to that report.

   2. If it hasn’t, interview audit management to determine what their plans regarding an audit review of the MIS system are.
