12 USC 1818 — Enforcement Authority Against Institution-Affiliated Parties

This law authorizes the OCC to take various enforcement actions against a broad range of insiders (defined in 12 USC 1813(u)) for violations of law, regulation, cease and desist orders, conditions imposed in writing by the OCC, or written agreements with the OCC; engaging in unsafe or unsound practices; or breaches of fiduciary duty.
