12 USC 1831i and 12 CFR 5.51 — Proposed Changes in Directors and Senior Executive Officers

This law requires depository institutions that are not in compliance with minimum capital requirements or are designated as being in "troubled condition" to file a notice of changes in directors or senior executive officers.
