Safe Deposit Corporation [12 USC 24(Seventh)]

A safe deposit corporation is a corporation that is organized under state law to conduct a safe deposit business. Investment in a safe deposit corporation may not exceed 15 percent of the bank’s unimpaired, paid-in capital and 15 percent of its unimpaired surplus.
