New Payment Plans Relative to Seriously Delinquent Mortgages

New payment plans as a percentage of seriously delinquent loans decreased during the third quarter for all loan categories, except “other.” New payment plans as a percentage of seriously delinquent loans were consistently lowest for prime loans and highest for subprime and “other” loans.13
