Micro Business Lending Forum: "Developing Small and Emerging Rural Businesses" (Victoria, TX - September 30, 2014) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and the University of Houston's Small Business Development Center are sponsoring a forum in Victoria, Texas on September 30, 2014. During this one-day forum, small business lenders, CRA Officers, and rural small and micro businesses will join representatives from across the fields of small/micro business development, economic development, government and banking to explore alternative funding sources available to address credit needs throughout the seven-county Golden Crescent area.

Interagency Banker CRA Train (Augusta, ME - October 2, 2014) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston are sponsoring a training session in Augusta, Maine on October 2, 2014. The session will provide an opportunity to obtain information and gain practical knowledge on how to develop a CRA plan and prepare for CRA examinations. Topics will include a regulation overview, understanding bank performance context, assessing community needs, qualified community development activities, and how to assess bank lending performance. Assessing Financial Service, Investment, and Credit Needs in Greater Youngstown (Youngstown, OH - October 3, 2014) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corporation, and the City of Youngstown are sponsoring a seminar in Youngstown, Ohio on October 3, 2014. The purpose of the seminar is to increase awareness of CRA eligible activities and the community and economic development opportunities emerging in Youngstown. San Joaquin Valley Banker Roundtable (Fresno, CA - October 8, 2014) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco are sponsoring a roundtable in Fresno, California on October 8, 2014. The meeting will provide opportunities for community development activities including an overview of the U.C. Davis Regional Opportunity Index, the California Endowment's Healthy Communities initiative, and small business lending developments from a recently certified CDFI.
