Ioan Voicu
Ioan Voicu is a Financial Economist in the Compliance Risk Analysis Division of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). Dr. Voicu’s current research interests include discrimination in mortgage lending, loan default resolutions, and the relationship between public services and housing prices. Before joining the OCC, Dr. Voicu worked for seven years as a research fellow at the Furman Center For Real Estate and Urban Policy at New York University, and for four years as a researcher and adjunct assistant professor at the Center for Urban Policy Research of Rutgers University. He has authored or co-authored articles on a variety of topics in housing, mortgage lending, and firm location and productivity performance. Dr. Voicu earned his doctorate in economics at Rutgers University. |
