This conference, hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, featured panelists discussing the impact of foreclosures and delinquencies on housing price declines; the effect of housing vouchers on the cost of rental housing; the effectiveness of pre-purchase homeownership counseling on reducing foreclosure rates; and the effect of home rehabilitation on low- and moderate-income neighborhoods.
