Public Comments on Exploring Special Purpose National Bank Charters for Fintech Companies

In December 2016, the OCC published and solicited comments on a paper titled Exploring Special Purpose National Bank Charters for Fintech Companies. Comments on the paper may be submitted by e-mailing specialpurposecharter@occ.treas.gov through January 17, 2017.

In general, the OCC will publish all comments and supporting materials on its Web site. Comments and supporting materials will be published without change, including any business or personal information provided such as name, address, e-mail address, or phone number. Do not include any information in your comments or supporting materials that you consider confidential or inappropriate for public disclosure.
