Request Certified Documents
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) issues certain certified documents concerning national banks and federal savings associations (FSAs).

The OCC does not accept requests submitted by telephone, e-mail, or fax. We will return, without taking action, requests submitted that do not have all of the required information and fee payments.
Request Processing Time
The OCC requires 20 business days from the date of receipt to process a certified document request. The OCC does not provide expedited service for certified document requests.
All certified documents are delivered by first-class mail, unless alternative delivery is arranged in advance by requesting courier pickup or providing a prepaid UPS shipping form or UPS account information. The OCC does not scan, email, or fax certificates/certifications, nor do we confirm them by phone.
